SYNOPSIS: After their mentally unavailable (schizophrenic) mother abandons them once again and with their father physically unavailable (deceased police officer), young siblings Beverly, Nina, and Kenji take to their grandparents’ house for a place to call home. But when they get there, they happen upon a discovery that will change their lives from that day forward: their father’s childhood board game.
