The Culinary Lounge - 
Redirecting their Communications and Business Strategy

Established in 2017, this India's first social culinary hub gave cooking and dining a new meaning. This 6000 sq ft space was nestled in the heart of Hyderabad and is the ultimate destination for all culinary needs by collaborating with local, national and globally renowned culinary talent. 

With the backing from prominent international mentors, The Culinary Lounge is tapping into India’s massive culinary potential.
The Problem
The brand, well known across the twin cities was however unable to establish or explain their bandwidth in terms of what they have done and the avenues they have ventured in. 

Since their inception, they worked hard to enhance the food culture in the country. They ventured into curating menus and courses for a diverse audience. The popularity of the TCL's curated meals and events overshadowed the rest of their equally successful avenues. This called for a complete overhaul of communications to appeal to their diverse audience. 

I was brought in to stream line their communication, primarily their first pitch deck and profile deck to their prospective clients/partners. 
The Beginning: 
I streamlined their services to three major impact areas- Innovation, Experience and Education. 
Innovation allowed the TCL to establish themselves as a leader in the culinary space, where as experience catered to food lovers and enthusiasts with one-of a kind experiences tailored for them and education facilitated partnerships with schools and colleges to further culinary knowledge. 

Identifying their Edge
The TCL was a one of a kind unique concept across the countries. This meant two things: it did not have any direct competitors and it would need a to educate its clients about the concept and industry. For this, I decided the keep the profile deck different from the advantages deck. This kept both the communications clean and simple to read and understand. 
 
Curation of content:
I further curated all their content, news mentions and images from the past few years, and proposed a separate advantages document which would further establish TCL as the perfect partner. 

The project was completed in 3 weeks.
