Back in 2014, I decided to go to Ocean City, MD and capture the moments that make the infamous H2O event. Forget the old H2Oi car show, that's not even related to what happens on the strip. H2O is a non-sanctioned event, and even though the city hates it when these car enthusiasts show up, there is nothing they can do to stop the show.
