Holistic Living is a design inspired by the work of the famous British Textile Designer, William Morris. The design that aims to be a perfect choice for young adults is inspired from the trend ‘Summer Silhouettes’ from Prints & Graphics: Core Updates S/S 21(WGSN). The trend basically suggests silhouettes and stencils of popular exotic themes.
The reason I chose Morris’ designs as an inspiration was the busy and traditional look. The design uses Batik technique to enhance the motifs and also gives the overall layout a handicraft look.
