Smoking Plow BBQ and Buffet.
Challenge: Create a fusion restaurant combining any two cuisines. This project brings Pennsylvania Dutch (Amish) and South Carolina BBQ under one roof. The first idea was called Plow and Chow with a hero type logo of a pig donning a beard. However, I decided to rebrand the company into the Smoking Plow BBQ & Buffet creating an advertising, marketing, merchandise, and a stationary package.
