Fine dust, such as poison in the human body, has caused people to fear not only leaving their homes but even breathing. But what I thought was strange was that the fine dust in the air, we were so afraid of, was the creation of man himself. I felt that these phenomena through fine dust were similar to the feelings behind us.
Dark emotions such as pain, sadness, depression and anger give us another "fine dust" from the inside. Painfully, this "fine dust" is made up of the dust that we can't escape from wherever we are, just like superfine dust in the air. If we neglect the "fine dust" of emotions, our daily lives will be filled with the poison in ourselves. We know instinctively that at some point happiness and stability will suffocate and finally be filled with death.
To escape from the micro dust in the air that destroys us, we must stop the daily routine of destroying the environment, and to escape from the inner "fine dust," we must stop the darkness in emotional brain factory. In fact, humans lack a sense of sensing a once-tasting reality, a change where they belong. They often feel pain even from the smallest changes in their daily lives, mainly because they settle for themselves in the situation they are placed and accept what they are looking at immediately as an immutable world.Then, if we cannot stop the factory, we should at least recognize that fine dust coexist with us and allow ourselves to maintain as fresh air as possible.

This exhibition wanted to create a virtual reality where the disease, "fine dust", exists, and show a fragment of what happens when residents, [Cat ] and [Dog], suffer from "fine dust" and what lives in it.
The "fine dust" emotional disease exists in the world above, and it's a disease that every human being lives on. However, the standard for "the infected" in the world defines itself and others' "fine dust" as being visually recognizable. " An outbreak " entails difficulty in obtaining visibility and mental pain, and physical treatment is not acceptable. The only way is natural care, a disease that occurs in psychological factors that an individual has to overcome oneself.
Starting with Series 1 "First Outbreak," it continues with Series 4 "Death."

“ 눈 앞의 먼지들이 찬란한 빛을 뿜으며 이리저리 흩날린다. "
인체의 독과 같은 미세 먼지로 인해 사람들은 집 밖에 나서는 것은 물론이고 숨 쉬는 것 조차 두려워하게 되었다. 하지만 이상하다고 여겼던건 우리가 그리 두려워하는 공중의 미세먼지는 인간 스스로가 만들어낸 창조물 이라는 것이었다. 이러한 미세먼지를 통한 현상들이 우리의 이면의 감정과 흡사 하다는 것을 느꼈다.
고통, 슬픔, 우울, 분노와 같은 어두운 감정들은 내부에서 우리에게 또다른 "미세 먼지"를 부여한다. 고통스럽지만 이 "미세 먼지"는 마치 공중의 초 미세 먼지처럼 우리가 어디에있든 이 먼지로부터 벗어날 수 없도록 이루어져있다. 감정의 "미세 먼지"를 방치하면 우리의 일상은 각자의 내면에서 스스로 뿜어내는 독으로 가득차 오를 것이다. 어느 순간 행복과 안정의 숨이 막히고 마침내 죽음으로 가득해질 것이라는 것을 본능적으로 우린 알고있다.
우리를 파괴하는 공중의 미세 먼지에서 벗어나기 위해서는 환경을 파괴하는 일상을 멈춰야하고, 내면의 "미세 먼지"에서 벗어나기 위해서는 우리는 어두운 감정의 뇌 공장을 멈춰야한다. 사실 인간은 한번 맛본 현실, 즉 본인이 속한 곳의 변화를 감지하는 감각이 부족하다. 주로 놓여진 상황에 스스로 안주하고, 곧 적응하여 당장 바라보고 있는 것을 불변의 세계처럼 받아들이기 때문에 일상의 아주 미세한 변화에도 고통을 느끼는 경우가 빈번하다.그렇다면 공장을 멈출 순 없어도 적어도 미세 먼지들이 우리와 공존한다는 점을 인지하고 스스로가 최대한 맑은 공기를 유지할 수 있도록 해야한다.

이번 전시는 "미세 먼지 "라는 병이 존재하고 있는 가상 현실을 제조 하여, 그 안에서 사는 주민인 [ Cat ]과 " [ Dog ]이 " 미세 먼지 "라는 병을 앓게 되었을때 어떤 현상이 일어나고 그 안에서 어떤 삶을 살아가는 지에 대하여 단편적으로 보여주고 싶었습니다.
" 미세 먼지 " 라는 감정의 병은 위 세계에서 실존하며, 모든 인류가 살아가면서 지니는 병입니다. 다만 세계 속에서 " 발병 "의 기준은 자신과 타인의 "미세 먼지"를 시각적 인지가 가능한 상황으로 규정합니다. " 발병 "할 경우 시야 확보의 어려움과 정신적인 고통이 따르며, 관련해서 물리적인 치료는 불가는 합니다. 유일한 길은 자연 치료로, 각 환자 개인이 스스로 이겨내야합니다.
시리즈 1 "첫 발병"에서 시작하여, 시리즈 4 "죽음"에 대하여 이어집니다.

Right after each of the main characters began to recognize dust. They can visualize what color of their "fine dust" is shining. Cat is yellow and red, and Dog is red and blue, suggesting that each individual has a different color of dust.
각 주인공들이 먼지를 인식하기 시작된 직후 입니다. 자신의 "미세 먼지"가 어떤 빛을 띄고 있는 지 인식하게 됩니다. Cat은 노랗고 빨간 빛을 , Dog은 붉고 파란 빛을 띄어 각 개인이 다른 빛을 띄고 있다는 것을 암시합니다.

Each protagonist suffers from the disease. Fine dust doesn't make everyday life impossible, but it takes away the concentration and causes psychological pain. S.2 shows the characters's view of their life which is full of dust.
각 주인공들은 병을 앓고 살아갑니다. " 미세 먼지 "는 일상 생활을 불가하게 만들진 않지만 신경을 빼앗아가 심리적으로 고통을 줍니다. 그 안에서 살아가는 주인공들이 보는 시선에서의 먼지 들을 직관적으로 보여 줍니다.

Even if they have the disease, the main characters have to live through. And there will be love too. They get extremely nervous when they face the love because it is hard to believe how others can love them. But they show their own and do love.
병을 가지고 있다고 해도 주인공들은 각자 살아가야 합니다. 그 안에는 사랑도 있습니다. 그리고 그들이 사랑을 만났을때 불안해 합니다. 이러한 병을 가진 자신을 사랑해 줄 수 있는 지에 대하여 불안해 하지만 자신의 것을 보여 줍니다. 그리고 사랑을 합니다.

The end of each protagonist didn't specify what happened. S.4 shows the end of them after they couldn't get over the disease and they make extreme choices or go through what we call a bad end. They will covered with dust and no longer see the world. They will stuck in the dust with tears of endless regret and loneliness.
각 주인공들의 마지막은 어떻게 되었는지 규정하지 않았습니다. 하지만 만약에 병을 이겨내지 못하고 극단적인 선택을 하거나 우리가 흔히 말하는 "안 좋은 마지막"을 겪게 되었을때 그들의 모습을 보여 줍니다. 먼지로 뒤덮힌 그들은 더이상 세상을 볼 수 없게됩니다. 영원히 먼지 속에 갇혀 후회의 눈물과 고독의 눈물을 흘리며 생을 마치게됩니다.

Like each individual's "fine dust" has different colors, we produced a colorful photo wall with various colors. Photo wall provided a wealth of connectivity with the audience to the exhibition and allowed them to participate directly in the exhibition.
각 개인의 " 미세 먼지 "가 각기 다른 다양한 색을 가지고 있는 것 처럼 다채로운 색의 포토월을 제작하였으며, 관객들이 전시에 직접에 직접 참여할 수 있는 포토월을 통해서 한층더 전시에 대한 풍부한 연결을 제공했습니다.
