Solis is an interactive installation that allows users to manipulate light in a playful way. The piece rotates and spins upon itself like a gyro scope that allows one to create a new piece of art every time they engage with the piece. This permanent sculpture creates not only an iconic landmark for the space in which it resides, but allows the users to have a connection to the landscape in which it resides. At night the piece illuminates and glows as a beacon within this Suwanee, GA community.
