The birth of a user-centric mind
Diamond Musique Germany is an audio production studio founded by me and a former colleague in 2008, which for strategic reasons specialized in the oriental market. Long time before the coming of buzzwords like UX and UI was more interested in serving the user an extraordinary customer experience than just "doing some music". 

Despite the relatively successful rise in the industry - the last project I initiated was a collaboration with singer Peter Maffay - I left this venture in 2012. 
Due to many mistakes and successes, I have gained a broad spectrum of experience, including in self management and innovation.
Obstacles
The challenge was to build a company with from scratch with almost zero connections and resources. So everything had to be done in one go. So it was my task to design and create the corporate identity, interior design, our website and to coordinate sales and marketing.
Solutions
All creative tasks, including the production of client portfolios, were my responsibility. In contrast to its competitors, the studio was supposed to look classy and exude a flair of the clichéd capitalist lifestyle.
The megalomaniacal message is clear: Let us discover the big labels and live the jet set life. I based my color on the card game Black Jack. Go all-in.

The promise to the customer is a professional recording environment alongside competent support in artist marketing. The logo, also developed by me (but vectorized by somebody else), was created from the metaphor of the crystal-clear diamond, which represents high monetary value as well as crystal-clear sound recording.
