Months of the year
It was a design job to participate in the last season of the Typism book.
"Every year, we are inspired by our global community and bring together some of the world’s best hand lettering, calligraphy, and typography, in a beautiful black and white book." Typism.
After a few days of sending my participation I received an email that made my heart beat.
"Hi there Daniela,
Thank you so much for submitting your work for consideration to Typism Book 6.
In total, 1205 people submitted 6904 pieces of work. Wow!
Every year, we review all of the entries and then send a shortlist through to a panel of judges.
I am excited to tell you that one (or more) of your works has been shortlisted and made it through to the next round of judging.
Congratulations! That is such an amazing achievement! ... "

Unfortunately I did not pass the last round for my work to be published, but I still feel that the fact that I have been selected by the design community for one of my works generated enormous emotion and pride.
