What can I say? I just love this part of our job. 

When planning for an event there is the moment when we do the food tasting, thankfully, I'd say! It's the nice part! 

I do usually attend these with the client or colleague, but the menu it is something we define and draft multiple times before. 

The food resembles the Brand, it has to communicate the personality of it. It has to be easy to grab, bite size and no oily to avoid any embarrassment.  

Then the food, it also speak about the country you are in. Nowadays we can get as many food as possible due to the globalization, but it is nice to keep an eye on the seasons and what actually grows locally. 

I like to experiment with funky food served at chic events, such as the little tacos in the pic below. 

The F&B makes a lot of the overall experience, so it is very important that this part is done carefully with lots of attentions to details.
