Green Bus Shelter
By: Sabetha Somaskanthan
This bus shelter that was created on Rhino is a greenery bus shelter that was created for students of Jean Augustine Secondary School. This bus shelter consists of both indoor and outdoor seating, which is convenient for all seasons. Furthermore, this bus shelter involves a greenery roof that not only promotes environmentalism but also does the job of absorbing pollutants in the air. In addition, the roof is slanted because it allows rain to run down from the back and filter through three pipes attached to the back of the bus shelter. The triangular structure on the roof allows the water to run down the pipes and the water will then exit and fall on the ground. Lastly, this bus shelter involves natural heating as there are two glass panels, allowing sunlight to enter.
