Every time I come home. My dad always sets the table with all my favorite foods to express his love. The glistening food, spicy, salty, sweet, umami, have so many textures and characters. This is the expression of that joy. The love for the food. The appreciation of that cooking. Always making sure something is new, and different, so I never get bored.
