Posters for Senior Graduation Parties
The client asked me to create a poster that would be displayed in over 80 high schools in Western Washington to promote their high school senior graduation parties. The concept was to be appealing to high school seniors in a way that would make them want to attend the graduation party.
The first poster I designed I wanted to use the glitch effect on the DJ image. It's become increasingly popular in graphic design and felt it gave the poster a modern feel.
The second poster I designed has a dance-club vibe to it, that I know seniors would like. It is appealing and colorful which is eye-catching. All of the parties have some element of a club atmosphere including a live DJ and music.
