Participated in name-storming sessions for the land parcel after researching competitors and reviewing the development plan. One of my concept pitches "Spoke" of the ideal location of the future community on the rail line, connecting it to the center and outer edges of Atlanta. I also took part in providing the brand identity platform, website design, collateral package, and marketing materials for pre-leasing.
