BOOK COVER
A class assignment for Graphic Design. The title and author are given. There must be three versions with three different color schemes.
Since the title is very loving, I want the book cover to be something entirely opposite. I want a hint of creepiness and mystery, which is why I chose the idea of a framed photo with everyone's face censored except for one. It's my interpretation of a fragmentary memory.
I include that idea with the vertical text to make the design more interesting. After the layout is finalized, I create two other versions of it. I really like how they bring a similar feeling of uneasiness in overall, but each has little nuances of subtext within itself.
