The Sand Castle Winery - Wines and Venue
With over 20 years of experience as a business leader, Henrik P. Maxian served as a project engineer at Southland Industries in Garden Grove and Lake Tahoe, California before he started working at Sand Castle Winery (SCW). Henrik Maxian serves as vice president and chief financial officer of the Pennsylvania-based business, SCW.
The SCW was founded in 1974 and it hosts daily wine tours, tastings, and events such as private parties and weddings. The winery is located in Erwinna and features four wine grapes, grown on 72 acres at the central Delaware valley. The four selections of fines are Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Johannisberg Riesling, and Pinot Noir.
Visitors can also book the SCW's garden pavilion to host events such as birthdays, weddings, and conferences. With a 40 x 70 tent, dance floor, bar, and tables, the garden pavilion that a capacity of up to 200 people. If the objective is wine tasting, a happy hour or cocktail celebration, the SCW’s Royal Tasting room can be the selection.
