 The plot is located in Podolsky district, in a low-rise residential area. Almost all houses around are grey soviet's development of the second half of the last century. The volume of the building is formed of two blocks, a high office part and an elongated restaurant and exhibition part. The main idea of the object is active glass facades which make the impression that the floors of the building are beginning to rotate. The height of the building is proportional to the height of the surrounding houses. Open territory's accomplishment and the architecture of facades make the object a point of attraction of district significance.
