- Provided creative direction to graphic designer and court vendor for minimalistic court/off-court padding designs
- Assisted the Associate Athletic Director for Facilities & Operations in the selection of materials/colors for the paint refresh: white walls and black ceiling & support beams
- Pitched the removal of all outdated basketball lines and equipment from the gym to make the space feel like a more volleyball-centric facility; Idea was approved by senior-level management and executed by facilities staff members
- Prepared a five-year facilities upgrade plan for the Hurricanes Volleyball program including an estimated budget
- Managed digital assets for the entire project including brand logos and team imagery
