Chess Set 1.0
This is the first in a series of chess sets designed for the purposes of using as little material as possible in order to create the set. Created by using a laser cutter to cut the pieces from a single sheet of 20 inch X 18 inch plywood, this set utilized both the positives and negatives of production. These pieces were then glued together in order to give them the necessary thickness of playable pieces.
