This piece was completed in Fall 2018 as a final project for 3-D Design Concepts at SUNY Oswego. The criteria included designing an original toy with a moving element, storage system, and at least 10 pieces. I was inspired to make this puzzle with the silhouettes of my family members (and myself) to highlight their interests, talents, and personalities through shape and form. Traditional color methods could not be used, so I used layers of wood glue to create distinction in color.
