There were a couple of challenges with this project. The first being that the bank had several offices spread over an approximate two-block area, and customers were often going to the wrong office. In addition, a couple of the buildings were connected, leaving customers unsure of where they were. Two large exterior maps and a wayfinding signage system helped to direct customers to where they needed to be.
