The Walk To End Lupus took place in Manhattan, NY on May 18th, 2013.
Lupus is an autoimmune disease that affects any part of the body since the immune system attacks the body's cells and tissues resulting in a variety of symptoms because of inflammation or tissue damage. Among these symptoms are brain fog, Raynaud's phenomenon, joint pain, sharp chest pain and extreme fatigue.
Harly has adopted a very preventative and nutritional approach to dealing with his health condition. Because of this he is for the most of the time asymptomatic and at times feels that his Lupus is in remission. On the other hand this does not mean that we should stop raising awareness on this mysterious disorder.
