THE MULTI WAY SHELF
A simple board that, when combined with brackets and planks, manages to create a series of shelves, with different heights and lengths that the user can adjust according to their requirements. The slots and brackets offer a wide range of arrangements in which the planks can be placed. This design does not only provide the user with freedom of movement in something as rigid as a shelf but also optimizes industrial production as it only requires one technical process to produce them, the CNC cut.
A single unit consists of two boards, brackets and planks of two different sizes. Multiple single units when placed together work as a larger unit with more arrangements.
These shelves were developed during my two month summer internship program at Halos creations. These designs were created under the guidance of Mr Yogesh Goyal, the company Director.
