Machining Geometry

As our final for Metal II, we had to further experiment with the Bridgeport and metal lathe. I machined a toy that consisted of four cubes (on the Bridgeport) out of aluminium, cut off a corner at a sixty-seven degree angle using a fly cutter, and drilled half inch holes into two of the side of the cubes.  Then I machined the pins (on the metal lathe) to half an inch and chamfered the edges of the pins so they can fit into the holes of cubes.
