Dopplamp is a decorative luminaire whose inspiration comes from the Doppler effect, which explains how sound waves are distributed around its source, this is directly related to the way in which light propagates.
The luminaire is made up of five circles suspended in the air, distributed in the way in which sound waves propagate when we have a moving sound source. The light starts from the smaller circle and hits the different colors creating a gradient that symbolizes the propagation of the sound.
