Fashion for a cause! #bodypositivity

A Styling Shoot- Fashion for a cause.
Cause: Body Positivity!
Body Positivity

Talking about body positivity, it is nothing but self-acceptance. It took a shape of a movement because it became necessary to break the notion of perfect beauty standards. Everyone in this world is beautiful in their own unique way.

Think about the world where everyone looks the same, would you enjoy? I don't think so.
Though it may seem somewhat different from modern body positivity ideals, the Victorian Dress Reform movement- a campaign started largely by middle-class feminists from the 1850s through 1890s- could be considered a precursor to the activism of today.
My inspiration: Babneet Lakhesar a.k.a Babbu
An Indo- Canadian artist who is among the growing number of women artists of colour. She was born in Punjab and is familiar with the taboos that women of colour, plus size etc, face in the south Asian community. She is a photographer, stylist and creative director who is reinventing the Indian Pop Culture by fusing art and streetwear.
The posters I created to be pasted on the Outfit.
The Final Shoot.
