Propp - the carpool app


The problem statement arrived at was 'How to encourage carpool among employees working in a Corporate Park'. The problem statement was arrived at and fell under the broad topic of 'How to improve possibilities of transport to and from the office for employees'


Here is a use-case scenario of the final output/concept, an app called Propp.
A questionnaire was prepared based on the secondary research. This questionnaire was essentially trigger questions for user-interviews. The target audience were the office employees working in the Corporate Park, across various hierarchy levels. The interviews were recorded and then transcribed.
