There are many wheelchair users across the world and they all just as human as we are.
They do however, face more dificult challanges in their life. Our job is to help them to ease those challanges. One way of doing that is through design.
A wheelchair has a great meaning to its user. It almost serves as an extention to their body. This is why it is imperative to keep the wheelchair in an optimal condition.
One of the common challanges wheelchair users face is the maintenance of their mobility device. Speciffically, the front casters which require very frequent maintenance. But due to often being phisically less capable, maintenance might be a bigger challange for the wheelchair user than one might assume. Hence we have created a concept, which adresses this very problem.
The design process was always inclined to the idea of creating an aesthetic concept which is at the same time seemingless to use and maintain.
The construuction would be durable, materials high quality, surface finishes that last long and would have a high performance and usability factors. But most importantly, the concept would have a innovative factor strong enough to differentiate itself from the competition and make a breakthrough spread across the industry.
