GHOSTBUSTERS 3 TEASER
The Classic Return of the 80's.
There is always that one piece or project that a designer or illustrator takes on that puts them on a new path of learning, this project was the one for me. Up to this point I was very classic with my approach to illustration meaning paper, pencil, brush, and paint partially due to my education up to that point but now I was going to take a risk.
Although I was taking on a new way of producing artwork there were still some classic techniques that I still felt comfortable doing, like thumbnails and refined sketches.
While still in a class based setting these were a few sketches that were submitted for review and eventually chosen to be the final piece. I ended up taking two of them to finished pieces out of the 12 sketches done.
I finished these spring/summer of 2012 and from there on out is sparked a new chapter in my style of illustration.
