The personal fitness trainer teaches us in this video the correct technique to squad with burpees, a high intensity cardio exercise or HIIT where your coordination and your strength play a key factor.

For squats or squads it is key that you fix the position of your legs, your buttocks and put tension on your abs. The legs wide open at the hip and the arms in front, ready for the next step.

And it is that from the squat position we go to the ground, putting our hands first and then throwing our feet back. In these burpees we do not include flexion but, from the plank posture, we jump up to recover the squat with the flexed legs, the buttocks back and the look in front.

What do you think? It is a matter of practice, start slowly and accelerate the rhythm of your repetition constantly until you reach your maximum, that we are in a high intensity training or HIIT and you have to try your best. Do 3 sets of 1 minute with all the repetitions you can and between each of them, rest another minute. In 5 minutes you have a HIIT exercise where you train legs, buttocks, abdomen and arms thanks to squad with burpees.
