Hamstrings in machine. Lying on your stomach is about bringing our heels near our body by flexing the knee.

Press sitting. Flex your shoulder forward, our wrist is neutral, lumbar back with a slight curvature and look forward.

Machine shoulder press. Raise your shoulder up trying to keep your wrist neutral, look forward and back on the bench.

Rowing machine. Perform a shoulder extension, elbow flexion. The back should be in extension trying not to arch.

Farmer's Walk with 2 kettlebell to a point and return.

As a final reflection I encourage you to include strength training in weight loss programs, not forgetting cardiovascular exercise, good nutrition and increasing daily physical activity.
