*Mindless: Feral cats are one of the major invasive species in Australia and have been linked to the decline and extinction of various native animals.  Australia’s feral cat colonies are the direct result of irresponsible people who abandon their unsterilised cats or allow them to roam outdoors unsupervised.  It’s estimated that feral cats kill 75 million native animals every night across Australia, including birds, frogs, reptiles and small mammals - that each feral cat in the bush kills approximately 740 animals per year, and the (unrestrained) domesticated cat kills approximately 75 animals annually.

Cats may make wonderful companions, but please be mindful of where your cat is and what it is doing.
