The visual identity of the third exhibition from the series What do you do? (polish Czym się zajmujesz?) taking place at Salon Akademii Gallery in Warsaw. During this edition were presented
the works of female artists working as an assistant at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw. Although girls make up the vast majority of all studying, their representations among academic staff are much smaller.
Girls disappear, leave the university. They go abroad. They choose other non-academic career paths. Many of them are sorry because they wanted to stay, wanted to teach, wanted to run their master studios, says Katarzyna Kasia, the curator of the exhibition.
What do you do? is the voice and reflection of the female part of the Academy on their situation on the art and work market.
The exhibition also turned out to be a good opportunity to send a petition to the rectors of Warsaw art schools to create a nursery and kindergarten.
