Green Sticky Rice in Vietnam

Vietnamese Pounded Green Sticky Rice and Fresh Pineapple. Pounded green sticky rice is not green because of the addition of food color. It is naturally green and subtly sweet because it is harvested at a specific time when the grain is neither too young nor too old. The rice is then dry-roasted and pounded.
