Roche sequencing store - Redesign webshop (@Meijer & Walters)
From February 4 to April 12 2019, I did an internship at Meijer & Walters in Amsterdam. During this internship I learned a lot about
User Experience and User Interface design. Within a team of 10 people I worked as an Intern UX designer on
different projects. Ineke Meijer, the Creative Director and one of the founders of Meijer & Walters
guided me through this process.

Case study
The current Roche Sequencing Store does not have the look and feel of a webshop. Meijer & Walters came up with the idea: “When we call it a store - It should be a store”. During the project I was focused on redesigning the homepage, to have a more webshop look and feel.
User Experience fase
Above, you see the flowchart I created that would give us a clear overview of the website & navigation between pages. With this as base, I started making various wireframes for the homepage. Looking at the current elements on the website, and tried to adjust these so that the page has a more "store" feel. During co-creation with colleagues we came to the final wireframe.
The designer and developer continued with the flowchart and wireframe to create the final design.
