This is a logo I was asked to create for my friend for her journal that she is publishing online. She requested for the logo to incorporate a cactus, but other than that, gave me full creative freedom.

As I kept looking at the logo I wanted to make small changes to sharpen it up. In this I added a stroke where the shadow of the hat was before. I also added shadows to the cactus to make it look more 3D.
