This piece is inspired by everyday life, representing a garden filled with junk from unfinished DIY projects and the general rubbish that accumulates over time. I spent some time at my parents house recently and became inspired by the 1980s built estate where they live, I started to see patterns and compositions in the houses and walls of gardens and genels which I didn't notice when I grew up there.
