Galapagos 2019 - A photo essay
In April 2019, I went to Isla Isabela, Galapagos, Ecuador with the final year Environmental Science and International Development Master's students from Sheffield University to teach them about water resource management and invasive species control. It really was like living in a zoological park.
It was a long two-day trip to get to Isla Isabela, but the shear abundance of wildlife, natural beauty, friendly locals, and relaxed pace of life made it all worth it. From the view of the wing of the first airplane to the chilled faces of the students on the way home, here are my impressions.
