As for the details drawing it was chosen to study two typologies ( Students Studio - Duplex for a small family ).
The Glass box in each floor for the common activities of the residence. The box could be furnished as the residence of the floor wish it could turn into a common room for kids to play or a gathering room for the whole floor, or even as a guest room.
