Hand woven collection for 100% Design 2009
This collection was designed to showcase my bespoke hand woven fabrics at 100% Design, London and as if for a client. Each piece was inspired by the organic leaf motif's at Haddon Hall Chapel in Derbyshire and had originally been intended as fabric for ladies apparel. As the design developed for 100% Design, I began to incorporate the motif, but in greens, creams and purple.
The pieces are either hand woven in wool or linen and wool and the yarns are sourced from the UK and Europe.
