Royal Alberta Museum | American White Pelicans Diorama Background

Blue Rhino Studio created a series of small habitat dioramas for the new Royal Alberta Museum in Edmonton, Alberta. Most of the dioramas had photographic backgrounds, but the American White Pelicans called for a more specific scene showing the American White Pelicans nesting behavior and breeding plumage. I painted this custom digital mural to blend in with the other dioramas, but also illustrate the entire flock of nesting pelicans and match the groundform created by Blue Rhino as well. (©Blue Rhino Studio)
