I printed out a copy of my cover on photo paper, and then used a pen knife to cut fold lines into the paper to avoid cracking in the ink. Sadly, it leaves permanent marks where the paper shows through, but it also makes the folds sharper, and they look a whole lot nicer.
I really liked the book "Ready Player One", so when given the opportunity, I decided to design a concept book cover + spread for it!
