Milk and Sugar
I grew up always hearing the story of how the Parsi's came to India.
The Zoroastrians were being persecuted and forced to convert in Persia in the 8th Century. Due to that they were forced to flee and landed in Gujarat. There the King indicated the land was full by sending a jug, filled to the brim with milk, to the Parsi refugees. In return the Dasturji (Priest) dissolved sugar into the milk and returned it to the king. It indicated that the Parsi's did not mean to poison the land, instead they would only sweeten it.
