High Protein in Diet Raises Risk of Cancer In the Middle Ages

Comparative to Smoking, High Diet Protein raises the higher risk of cancer for 50 to 65 age of people.

If you are older than 65, then you must intake moderate protein which is more beneficial and protect you against frailty, as per researchers.

A study finds out who eat more protein in their middle age are more likely to have cancer than those who eat less protein.

The researchers have a regular eye on 6000 people ages 50 and older and followed them from 18 years. The research that people ages 50 to 65 having a regular diet of animal proteins during middle age were more who dying with cancer than those who ate low protein diet, published on 4 March in the Journal of Cell Metabolism.
