TIG link was for me a lifetime opportunity to work on a very important social problem with the actual power to make a change. In january 2018, the french prime minister asked onepoint's CEO, David Layani, to work on a report on how to transform and develop the community work as an alternative to prison.

David asked me to organise a large workshop that would help align the main stakeholders around the subject (associations, lawyers, police, judges, etc).

From this 1 day workshop, we collected many insights that were used in the report and that launched a 2 days hackathon, organized by Startup Inside.

My team then collected the best ideas from this hackathon and created TIG link, a platform meant to facilitate the communication between all the actors of France's community work, all the way to the convicted person and even to the public in search of information on the subject.

I had the chance to present the proposition to the French Minister of Justice who decided to go forward with the idea. This was my favorite moment of the year.
