This work is a manifesto, concerning the university I study at, where the goal was to capture the essence of our institution and what makes it unique.

For its spirit of unity, friendship and creativity. It was elaborated at the Communication Design course.The techniques could be explored through various ways, such as photography, illustration, collage, drawing or mixing some of these, but only using three direct colours. The process of this project includes: an analysis of the university community in general, and IADE students and the adaptation of the main goals to the survey done and shared in social platforms. As a result, we were able to define these keywords: community, friendship, union, creativity, university and unique experiences.

The quote I chose to use in my manifesto is “Be as unique as your fingerprint”. While using two graphic elements to represent “fingerprint”, and also highlighting the word “be” and the letter “u”, from the word “unique”, with one of the colours that better represent the spirit of IADE, yellow.

Personally, this was one the projects I enjoyed most to do until this day. Because of the way it allowed me to play around with colours, words and graphic elements, and also due to the fact that it allowed me to represent my faculty.
