Printed and Digital Billboards designed for ETSU Athletics
The following billboards were created for East Tennessee State University Athletics from 2008-2020.  They were used to promote various athletic events and accomplishments throughout the year.

The following are all older billboards completed before ETSU's 2014 rebrand to the current "E-State" and "Profile Bucky" logos and wordmarks.
This was the first billboard I completed, a generic/static printed board which was placed on Interstate 26 in Johnson City for two years.
Promotional billboard used during the preseason leading up to basketball and the beginning of the season ticket renewal period.
I receieved several compliments from the Lamar design team on the look of this board and how its conveys a quick message without a lot of text.
In October of 2010, we hosted a pre-season game between the NBA's New Orleans Hornets and Atlanta Hawks.  This board ran for an entire month leading up to the game.  It was a challenge because of the numerous sponsor logos which were required to be included in all advertisements.  In addition, we had been discouraged from using the NBA-standard method of promoting indivdual players because rosters had not been finalized and trade talks were underway involving several of the marquee players for both teams.  It was decided to promote the team logos instead.
This board advertises our BLUEnanza basketball event which begins each season. BLUEnanza is geared toward heavy fan-interaction and includes an intersquad srimmage, autograph session, dunk and 3-point contests, silent auctions, and free food for season ticket holders.  The board was used primarily as a "save the date" device. Due to limited viewing time of billboards, the nuances of the event were reinforced with print media advertising.
This was used as a pre-cursor board prior to the start of the baseball season, tipping fans to the availability of  season tickets and events.
A congratulatory board showcasing the 10 conference championships secured by ETSU during the 2008-09 year.

Board promoting the 2009-10 basketball season, as the team had won back-to-back conference championships and were heavily favored for a third...which they won.
Action-shot promo board for our PinkZone event, held each year in conjunction with the Women's Basketball Coaches' Association, which benefits the Kay Yow Memorial Cancer Fund.
Congratulatory board for the Men's Basketball team's back-to-back conference championships in 2009 and 2010.
Billboard promoting a partnership between ETSU Athletics and the Johnson City Chamber of Commerce.  ETSU was a spotlight partner during one of the chamber's "First Friday" events. FIrst Friday is a series of street fesitvals held each summer/fall to generate interest in downtown business and the continuing re-development of the area.
