An old clay sculpt of mine that I 3d scanned with reality capture.
The scan was cleaned up in zbrush, and rigged/animated in 3ds Max. Substance painter was used to create some transmittance and glossiness maps and the animation was rendered in Marmoset toolbag 3.
Clay Groot was not meant to be an exact copy of the original but my version of the character. It was a fun personal project and a learning experience.
The song used is Firestarter from Prodigy and i do not own the rights to it obviously.
