 Copper, brass, hand-dyed polycarbonate lens
101mm(W) x 84mm(L) x 33mm(H)
A fun combination of handcrafted eyewear and jewellery for self-conscious individuals who are unable to maintain eye contact. Everything is handmade as it is a personal artifact to the wearer from boiling the lens in all-purpose dye to traditional metalsmithing and metal casting.
The concealment is the appropriation of the natural hand gestures to target the acupressure point on the palm. Thus, the massage is able to ease one's anxiety and increase blood flow while being masked from the eyes of others. Worn on the middle finger, it relieves anxiety when one's fist is closed.
It creates a release for these self-conscious individuals to feel comfortable and ready to use this covert product in social circumstances.
