The City of Richmond’s street banner program is a annual contest that is open to all members of the community. Entries received in the banner contest celebrate the places, activities, and experiences that make Richmond beautiful and unique.
My winning banner "Vibrant Abundance" was inspired by the Steveston Harbour and it's history deeply rooted in the fishing industry. Illustrating multiple species of fish found in the rivers surrounding Richmond, my banner hopes to remind citizens of our rich history. This design was displayed on River Rd beside the Richmond Olympic Oval.
